Security

First of all, we take your security very seriously.  We have 32 cameras on site that are digitally recorded 24 hours per day, every day. We have cameras from the pinhole keypad camera to the standard surveillance cameras that cover the property and buildings.  All of the buildings have smoke detectors, sprinklers and fire alarms. On top of that, we have individual door alarms on every single unit, so you can be certain that if your door is ever breached without the input of your personalized pass code, the alarms will sound and alert the owners as well as the sheriff’s department.  We are quite proud to say that we even have some policemen storing with us since they recognize the importance and extent of our security.  Needless to say, we have been in business since 1998 and we have never had a break in.

Lighting

Another facet of our security is our lighting.  Our grounds are well lit at night for your safety and security.  We have changed to more energy efficient lighting in order to become greener and more energy efficient.  We regularly walk all the buildings to make sure that all light fixtures are functional. When you are using our warehouse space, you can be sure that Bonita Storage Inn will never leave you in the dark.  You will never have to worry about the facility being stuck in darkness since our exterior lights are on photocells.  This means that as soon as it begins to get dark out, the lights automatically come on!

Free Services

You will feel good about using Bonita Storage Inn as warehouse storage. We offer many free services. We have large semi trucks and trailers coming through our property daily. At your direction we are happy to accept or give delivery persons access to your storage unit to deliver your packages, pallets or other deliveries.  There is no added charge!  If you are going to be on site for the deliveries, you can certainly use our pallet jack, push carts, appliance or furniture dollies for free as well.  Check out our Free Services page to see the many free things we offer. No CAM

Perhaps the best part about warehousing with Bonita Storage Inn is that there are absolutely NO common area maintenance fees!  At no cost to you, we provide electricity, water, sewer, yard maintenance and we pay all the real estate taxes and insurance, so there are absolutely no common area maintenance charges!
