We are an Owner operated facility. We have owner and family members on site most of the time. Those who are not family members have a wide latitude to do “what ever it takes” to make your move and storage as easy, simple and convenient as possible. You will find all of our people to be of the “can do” or “I will find out how to make it work for you” mentality.

Fast Decisions

No one likes to get lost in big company bureaucracy. When you have a problem you want it fixed and you want it fixed now. When you have a special request you want it addressed promptly. You deserve an answer right away. You want to talk to the decision maker and get answers so you can move forward.

Helpful Staff

“I don’t Know” is not part of our vocabulary, “Let me find out for you” is. We will strive to get you an answer to your question even when it’s not related to our self storage business. Frequently we Google questions on the computer. We print out Map Quest directions and fax communications for our customers. Please do not be afraid to ask us anything. We want to make your storage experience memorable in a good way.

Flexibility

Being an owner operated self storage facility gives us great pride. It also allows us the flexibility to react to any situation quickly. We do not need to petition through several levels of management to fix a problem or maintain the property. If any of us see a problem or something that needs to be fixed, we fix it right away. If something is broke, we fix it. Our onsite maintenance man can handle most repairs and maintenance so typically we don’t have to wait for a specialized vendor to respond to a service call.
